爵士情迷 Charms of Jazz

爵士樂，由於即興演奏而給音樂增添了自發性和活力，同時反映出音樂家的個性。此酒吧空間規劃，在設計上承襲這樣的精神，運用現代及古典元素、融入多種使用機能，揉合多變的色彩計畫為空間增添不同風情，以室內建築取代音符，寫下屬於爵士的空間語彙。

Jazz, for its improvisation enlivening spontaneity and energy in music, represents the musicians’ characters. To continue that spiritual inheritance, the interior design plan of the Jazz Bar applies the contemporary and classical elements, mixes the diverse functions and synthesizes numerous plans of colors that cast divergent charms to the indoor space, replace music notes with interior architecture, and create languages of space exclusive for jazz.

店面位置緊臨馬路，因此在入口處退縮處理，以「藍調」與粗獷木條拼構極富質感又迷人的入口意象，透過廊道的穿越，準備變換場域的情緒。立面復古格子窗讓串聯室內外之餘，維持場所必要的隱私性。內部空間規劃有飛鏢區、吧檯區、包廂區及服務空間。針對休憩型空間即做了四種變化，有適合人數少的吧檯，亦有隱密高的包廂，及多人使用之圓桌和氣氛悠閒的座位區。

Due to the bar’s location adjoining the road, the designer deliberately sets the entrance in a recess that establishes that exquisite and alluring impression by means of the “blue jazz” elements and crass woods. The store façade ornamented with the vintage windows with classical grille patterns sustains the visual connections between the outdoor and indoor space, while preserving the vital privacy in the bar meanwhile. The indoor space is planned with the darts area, bar counter, booths and public areas. To gratify more entertaining needs, the designer elaborates the four cozy recreational environments encompassing the bar counter appropriate for small number of people, the booths for those requiring the placid space, the round tables for crowds, and the snug couches. 

入口處及空間前端飛鏢區利用屬於夜晚的藍色系暗示空間的屬性，為穿越及動態的使用機能，進入吧檯區，整體運用優雅的米色調石材呈現立面、檯面以及主牆面，再掛置為數最多的燈具，在幽暗的空間中，躍升為整體視覺焦點，八米半的尺度於一般酒吧空間也相對少見。對側包廂區色調深沉，大膽運用鏡面條飾型塑空間。兩區域以優雅與俐落、明與暗形成強烈對比。

The darts area, at the front indoor space, is embellished with blue implying the space character exclusive for night that signifies the smooth and dynamic functions of space. The elegant beige stones, as well as the numerous lightings, extensively decorated at the bar counter intensify the captivating momentum in the dim environment. The tall ceilings, in 8.5 meters, are not regularly seen in most bars. The shady booths are aggressively ornamented with stripe mirrors. These two areas exemplifying the intensive contrasts between the elegance and immaculacy, and the brightness and shadiness. 

空間末端座位區以金色線板與暖調色彩塑造端景牆、懸掛雅致的燈飾，企圖融合新古典的室內風格，創建出空間內的第四度情境，整室運用設計體現爵士的多變精神。

The cozy couches and seats, at the rear indoor space, are decorated with the golden mouldings and warm colors constituting the vista walls, which along with the exquisite dangling lamps, that synthesize the new classical style of interior design, and develop the four-dimensional ambience. The overall design plan has been dedicated to demonstrating the vibrant jazz spirits by utilizing the essences of interior design.

四季 Four Seasons

此案為企業會所規劃設計案，以四季為主題，每一個樓層代表一個季節，象徵企業生生不息。整體規劃共五個樓層的建築量體，以空間色彩的演變展現空間特性。在狹長型的量體上採取橫向切分空間，使空間格局更為方正。內部規劃包含員工宿舍、酒窖、影音室、茶室、會議室，二樓及三樓設置宴會廳休憩區，四樓則規劃藝品展示區，空間機能完善，並融合文化內涵，景與境皆俱。

The design plan, for the company exclusive club, is based on the theme of four seasons, of which each floor representing one different season symbolizes the long-lived company growth. The building has five floors, which reveal specific features by colors’ embellishments. The long and narrow architectural structure, divided into the indoor areas horizontally, displays the square layouts in the building. The indoor areas encompass the staff accommodation, wine cellar, audiovisual room, tea room and conference room. The banquet hall and lounge are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The art exhibition, meanwhile, is on the 4th floor. The company club design, demonstrating the complete functions and the in-depth cultivated cultures, is of perfection in scenes and charms.

地下室品酒區以質感冷冽的大理岩飾底，岩質面延伸至吧檯立面，整體側立面使用酒品陳列架形成獨特展示空間，相對立面設置一壁爐造型牆面，空間線條俐落。影音室以湛藍夜空的天花形象，綴以水晶燈飾，桌櫃面成為夜空中的發光體，冷冽靜謐的色彩為空間帶來冬的意境。

The bar area, on B1, is extensively decorated with the cold-texture marbles, which are consistently ornamented to the bar counter. The stylish wine display stand, on the side, is distinguishing. The decorative fireplace wall, on the other side, is chic. The gorgeous ceiling, as fascinating as the night sky, is decorated in the audiovisual room, in which the exquisite chandelier reflecting the chilling lights on the table and seats artistically spawns the ambience of winter.

自一樓庭院過廊進入，可見由中式廊道及日式枯山水組合而成的景致。會議室牆面挖取一圓形開窗，借景入境。茶室空間植入竹林綠意，居中設置大器原木長桌，以枯石、木質的灰與黃為空間譜寫寧靜的秋意

The courtyard landscaping, on the first floor, consists of the Chinese-style corridor and Japanese-style rock garden. The round window in the conference room, which is adjacent to the courtyard, exemplifies the excellent design skill of borrowed scenery from the enticing courtyard scene. The tea room, decorated with the magnificent wood table, Japanese-style rocks, and wooden gray and yellow, exposes the serene autumn aura.

二樓利用深色木皮為基底，自中式園林涼亭提煉出木飾面吊頂天花元素，搭配熱情的紅色，創造熱烈的夏季氛圍。三樓宴會廳整體運用了大面積灰綠色加金屬線條及軟裝飾，帶出春天的華麗感與萬物復甦的跡象。

The wooden ceiling design, inspired from the Chinese pavilion, is decorated on the 2nd floor, in which the dark wood veneers and vivid red develop the atmosphere of the summer season. The banquet hall, on the 3rd floor, is extensively embellished with the grey green, metal lines and soft outfits that bring out the prosperous air and resurrection of life genuine in the spring season.

頂層是董事長的藝品收藏區，運用現代禪意風格，以黃色竹竿人字頂化解原頂的結構問題。以對稱形式做了四個壁龕，放置青龍、白虎、朱雀、玄武四個在中國鎮宅又吉祥的靈獸石雕化解結構柱問題。

The art exhibition, owned by the company chairman, is on the 4th floor, where the ridge ceiling composed of the yellow bamboo poles subtly resolves the given structural issues. The symmetrical wall niches, adorned with the stone beasts that are Azure Dragon, Vermilion Bird, White Tiger and Black Turtle, ingeniously announce the traditional Chinese auspicious spirit, while overcoming the structural issues as well.

墨韻相融 Amalgamation of Oriental Arts

此住宅空間規劃設計案，簡化東方元素融合東方書畫墨色概念，純粹以濃淡墨韻之黑、灰、白相融於空間之中，加入工業風書寫出寂靜空間感與獨特風貌，更反映出設計師勇於跳脫一般人眼中之工業風格。規劃上除了公共空間客餐廳、主臥，另規劃一兼具客房功能之書房與小孩房，設計美學與空間機能兼具。

This residential interior design project simplifies the elements of oriental art amalgamating the ink painting concepts, which plainly incorporate the ingredients of black, gray and white into the space that, after depicting the serene and specific attractions with the industrial styles, demonstrates the designer’s courage creating the distinct features of industrial style. The overall design layout, in addition to planning the living room, dining room and master bedroom, specifically encompasses the kid’s room and study room accessible as the guest room that integrate the aesthetic and functional elements meanwhile.

縱長的開放空間運用黑橡木染灰之收納櫃體、礦岩板牆面及黑橡木地板等材質與色澤的變化渲染，演繹東方墨韻，並運用將OSB板染黑處理之特殊手法，表現出不同見解的工業風。天花以格柵元素結合層板設計，增加變化性並強調線條軸線。再運用質感獨具的沙發座，圍塑客廳空間。開放式餐廚以烤黑鐵件，營造吧檯氛圍，因應空間大小，選用精簡餐檯及座椅，簡化餐廳規模。

In the long public area, the dark oak cabinets, slate walls, black oak floors, etc. characterize the oriental arts of ink paintings, while presenting the distinguishing industrial styles by applying the peculiar skill darkening the OSBs. The design of ceiling mixes the grilles and laminates that intensify the diverse characters and linear layouts. The delicate sofas gently delineate the area of living room. The open dining room and kitchen decorated with the black iron adornments expose the bar ambience. The elegant tables and chairs accordingly embellished in the dining room properly cut down the size of dining room.

沙發後方運用玻璃面達到書房空間隔音效果，並保留視覺開放性。內部設置一臥榻使其兼具客房機能。主臥利用拉門設計隱藏梳妝台空間，並延續木韻質感。孩童房則一改東方墨韻，以粉嫩繽紛色彩烤漆玻璃，營造屬於男孩的成長空間。

The study room adjoining the living room with the glass appropriately insulates sound and sustains clear visual concurrently, where the window seat makes this space a cozy guest room as well. The sliding door delicately concealing the dressing table in the master bedroom consistently extends the charm of woods in the house. The kid’s room, unlike the other areas decorated with oriental features, is adorned with the vivid painted glass that spawns the genuine space exclusive for the boy.

此案的獨特處在於不採用一般常見鐵管、水管、鐵片來呈現工業風設計師跳脫一般工業風之印象，而利用色彩與質感變化，並加入東方元素營造出獨創風貌。全案揉合多種材質，表現設計與施工面的細膩獨到。

Different from those showing industrial styles by commonly seen materials such as iron pipes, water pipes and iron sheets, the designer invents the unique style by employing different colors and textures, furthermore incorporating the oriental elements as well. The integral design project blends the multiple materials that show the delicate design ideas and constructions.

舊地重生 Rebirth

鄰近草屯原為一處廢棄招待所的閒置空間，脫胎換骨成為一結合咖啡廳與藝術家設展的多功能藝術展演空間。園區保留全部的原生植栽，僅在建築物兩側增植雪松及黃楓做為入口意象，多數原生樟樹環繞園區，僅入口主動線做硬鋪面，其餘空間保留大面積的綠地，停車空間鋪設植草磚，另外以踏石代替水泥，使雨水能全數進入地下層做涵養。建築物立面用三維向度富有立體感之設計，運用結構鋼及塗裝摺疊鋼板、磨石子等多層次材質搭配，玻璃及鐵件的組合更增加透光的實用性，訴說其空間與應用的多樣性，也展現了藝文特區的藝術特質，樸實的色澤與周圍環境絲毫不違和。

The abandoned building of a former guest house, located in Caotun, has now reconstructed into the multi-arts performance space integrating café and artists’ exhibitions. The original outdoor plants remain intact, and cedars and golden maples are planted at the both sides of the building, which is revealing the vibe of energy. The outdoor building, except the concrete paths, is pervasively planted with original eucalyptus and adjoined with the expanded green area. That the grass block pavers on the parking lot and the step stones, rather than concretes, strengthen the water-retention capacity. The 3-D building façade decorated with structural steels, coated steel sheets, terrazzo, glass and ironworks glows in fascinations, which show the artistic allurements and the plain colors harmoniously blending to the surrounding environment.

設計師與業主一併構思，期望保留此處的原貌，不多作拆除及重建等增加廢棄物並耗損新建材的方式，保留內部14個原招待所的房間及原構造，將此處原屋頂結構拆下來做防鏽，塗裝，之後再還原，從四米挑高為八米建築，鐵棟代表50年代的鋼構建築，希望在工業革命時代保留的建築內，注入藝術，鐵棟創藝於是應運而生，期望此空間能成為培養未來藝術家的基地。

The building reconstruction plan, co-designed by the house owner and designer who wanted to preserve the original architectural structures, avoided the excessive demolishment and reconstruction that could otherwise increate the outputs of wastes and inputs of materials. The former 14 rooms are preserved, and the roof overhauled with the processes of rustproof and repaint has now heightened, from the 4-meter, to the 8-meter building. T-Dung, the building representing the steel architecture in 1950s when the era of industrial revolution, symbolizes the anticipation of being a homeland for cultivating future artists.

廢棄舊建築，經設計師慧眼識英雄，保留原建築素材修復再利用，只因期許歷史的風景、既存的環境，不管現在、未來能得以延續，力求自然、環保、永續的概念，舊地重生，傳達了環境保護與藝術之美。

Renovated by the ingenious design ideas advocating the reutilization of building materials, the abandoned building has now turned into the enduring architecture highlighting the concepts of nature, environmental protection and perseverance that renewed the old building and expressed the elegance of environmental protection and art.

綻放的極致

設計力+產業力+知識力同步引爆！

2018 亞太高峰論壇即將於今年 11 月 20 至 21 日在松山菸廠 4 號倉庫登場，活動內容包含名家雲集的亞太高峰論壇、眾多優質廠商齊聚的精材新勢力展區，絕對是今年最值得專程前往參觀、體驗的設計盛典之一。

綻放設計力 - 吉光鳳羽 綻放共榮 光合作用 有機共享

本屆論壇的主題定調為「綻放」，強調「綻放美學熱與光，再現亞太區華人設計力量」， 策展陣容堅強, 包括抱璞室內設計-周言叡、雲司國際設計-廖笠庭、艸木場域設計-藍正瑋、艸木場域設計-林佩秋、埜筑設計-韓美芳、寬居設計-許家慈。策展人周言叡總監提出「吉光鳳羽」的策展概念，將綻放-光芒-設計三元素串連在一起，透過金屬羽半透光材質, 打造吸睛主視覺牆，彰顯「綻放」之美。

在精材心勢力展區, 每個單位各自是一個黑色光盒，既是受光體也是光源；長形流暢感的通道，讓設計師與參訪者如同水一般的悠遊其中；兩側安置如同「小太陽」的活動洽談與小舞台的多功能複合空間，貼近群眾並強化台上與台下的交流互動，也讓現場形成供需產業鏈的有機平台，共行光合作用。

另一方面，2018 亞太高峰論壇區，知識傳遞與資源共享的媒合連結，透過光源線條的視覺符號，產生猶如光合作用般的神奇化學效應，匯聚來自不同層面的專業訊息，然後經過消化、整理，最終成為無法被取代的「氧氣」，讓所有參與者都能充分吸收並從中獲益，讓人得以看見未來設計的無限可能。

綻放產業力 - 專技力與資源流的薈萃交融

台灣原力廠商，透過歷年來設計週-精材心勢力展，已經成為眾所矚目的焦點，今年總共 有數十間台灣菁英企業品牌積極參與，囊括家具類、建材類、智慧化系統、廚具衛浴類、 影像類、室內設計類與行銷平台類…等，不僅在材料、產品、服務面持續創新，也是讓設計師們了解新工法、新建材最直接有效的場域。逛一次展，節省尋尋覓覓上網搜尋四處查訪的時間， 展區內的廠商們擁有多年專業技術實戰經驗，也是絕佳業師，能竭力幫助設計師實踐創意的無限可能。

綻放知識力 - 台日英名家演講的精采火花

為期兩日的 2018 亞太高峰論壇，邀請到橙果設計創辦人蔣友柏、日本創新製造家黑崎輝男、英國知名建築師 Benjamin Warner（華杰明）來台進行演講，發表傑出精彩的設計概念與實戰分享。

蔣友柏帶領橙果設計橫跨不同產業，從台灣出發跨足兩岸，擅長為土地建立品牌，從台灣到奉化、寧波、福州。成功案例包含奉化中學附錦溪書院、兩岸城曦文創生態園、唯美客文創聚落、金寶山臺灣之光等大型建築進行建築規劃、設計、藝術、文創與生活美學內容策劃，以及後期傳播與活動策劃。個人著作包括《懸崖邊的貴族》、《懸崖下的小道》、《蔣道設計》、《第十九層地獄》，與 2018 年底即將推出的《你好，這是我們的名片》。並於 2018 年展開個人畫展巡迴，首站於杭州舉辦。蔣友柏以『設計只剩變態之路』為題發表演講，以其獨特觀點，顛覆既有框架，轉換思維，將引領現場觀眾進入另一個次元的啟發空間。

日本創新製造家黑崎輝男身兼流石創造集團 C.E.O.、IDEE 選品創辦人、東京 Commnue 246、國連大學農夫市集、自由大學創辦人，除了是日本設計先鋒者，也被喻為當代設計界最具影響力的人物之一。黑崎輝男於 2009 年在東京成立自由大學，創校至今，已推出約200 種原創課程，合計超過10000 名學員在此修課。2015 年他則在東京開啟「重新思考食物計劃」（Re-think Food Project）    ，2017 年黑崎輝男於東京成立Commune 2nd，為延續 2016 年底結束營運的「COMMUNE 246」市集，由設計大師隈研吾打造美食餐車聚落，以及創意市集，成為複合有機體，囊跨論壇、授證課堂、創客基地、特色市集與美食聚落，可以作為新興工作型態的實驗基地。將於 11/20 下午，以『Design has no boundaries 設計無界限』闡述其動人設計理念。

所謂無三不成禮，本屆亞太高峰論壇還請來普立茲克建築獎得主-理查．羅傑斯（Richard Rogers）事務所(RSH+P) 亞洲區總裁 華杰明 Benjamin Warner 進行專題演講，華杰明自 1981 年起在日本任職於黑川雅之建築師事務所為設計助理， 於 1987 年加入 Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners 建築師事務所，並以總經理的身份於1992 年在日本成立日本分所。台灣最知名的建案包含獲獎無數的高雄市慶富造船集團大樓、高雄 R9 捷運車站、台北 One Park Taipei 信義聯勤，以及還在施工中的桃園機場 T3 航廈。華杰明成功在日本打下基礎後，後來進軍亞洲大陸市場並在中國上海成立Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners 建築顧問公司，目前擔任其總經理一職。華杰明是該公司在亞洲成功的主要關鍵，11/21 當天，他將與聽眾談『造橋—跨文化建築手法』，透過跨文化溝通的國際觀點看待設計及建築項目的掌舵。2018 亞太高峰論壇在台灣室協全體工作人員的努力付出與用心之下，將展現與過往截然不同的面貌。短短兩天，是一場展知識與見識的精彩旅程，不容錯過！

古典龐克Classical Punk

外型簡約優雅的此建築為一髮廊商業空間的規劃設計，自拆除至完工僅僅耗費十八天，在短時間內挑戰高完整度。此為業主開設的第二家分店，因此對設計師來說，突破原店的設計是一大挑戰。優雅源自古典，龐克代表創新與獨特，兩者都是時尚髮型設計不可或缺的精神，「古典龐克」的設計概念應運而生。

The interior design work, for the hair salon, took only 18 eighteen days to finish, which was of huge challenge. The design idea maintaining the style of originality, for the second store, was a big test. Elegance arose from classical, and punk represents innovation and singularity, both are indispensable spirits for the fashion hair design that inspire the design concept “Classical Punk.”

入口處櫃檯區即可看見古典與龐克的碰撞，運用多色文化石貼設的牆面，營造優雅風情，櫃台則大膽以不銹鋼金屬面呈現，背牆以原木壁櫃構成，調和二者的是以花磚拼構而成的地坪，在入口空間即可隱約窺見古典龐克的全貌。

The design elements of classical and punk intriguingly collide at the reception counter, where the vivid culture stone walls reveal the dignified atmosphere, the counter is furnished with stainless steels, and the back walls are decorated with wood cabinets. The reception area, unveiling the allurements of the classical punk, is ornamented with the exotic tiles that cordially reconcile the distinct styles exposed by the counter and walls.

整個一樓空間大膽裸露出天花，僅以清水泥舖陳，再選用鐵件燈飾與軌道燈繪製出不修邊幅的龐克氛圍。大量鐵網運用在鏡台、雜誌櫃，及至上樓的階梯踏階亦用鐵件構成，將此粗曠的工業風質感從一樓空間延伸至二樓。

The exposed concrete ceilings, furnished with the iron pendant lamps and track lights, manifest the authentic punk ambience. The iron grilles widely adorned at the hairdressing tables, magazine racks and staircase consistently expand the coarse LOFT textures from the first to the second floors.

二樓以手工漆牆面製造斑駁感，另與透光玻璃磚，多色文化石牆，為空間定調，排列有序的鏡台，與金屬黑色座椅，營造質感獨具的使用空間。

On the second floor, the hand-lacquered walls simulate the vintage effects of mottled walls. The lustrous glass bricks and vibrant culture stone walls, additionally, establish the space style. The tidy hairdressing tables and metal black seats develop the one-of-a-kind impression.

空間的中端規劃為調理區，並運用鏡面與銀灰色金屬磚、黑色木質櫃體，展現微時尚風貌。整體空間大膽運用異材質在空間中碰撞，追求美學上的平衡，使「古典龐克」打造出跳脫風格框架的新髮藝空間。

The shampoo chairs embellished with the mirrors, silver-gray metal bricks and the black wood cabinets diffuse the delicate style of fashion. The aggressive design skills using divergent materials seek the balanced aesthetics that make the “Classical Punk” a distinguishing new hair salon.

 雅韻古典  Classical Elegance

「雅韻古典」為一住宅翻新規劃案，拆除書房原有隔牆，改變原先格局，狹小的空間感改以寬敞大器，主人私藏許多畫作及藝品，設計師將其納入為設計的一環，並為一家四口打造融合美式與新古典語彙的宅邸。

The house is renewed, as the residence interior design plan, by dismantling the original walls in the study room, revising the old layout, and adjusting the given small space into the capacious living environment. For the house owner’s bountiful art paintings and collections, the designer specifically constructed for the family, with 4 members, the house of American style and new classical features.

由於沒有玄關空間，設計師在餐廳的前端置入一道鍍鈦鐵件隔牆，前方擺置屋主收藏的花器，成為入口的端景，亦達到玄關的作用。公共空間正好以十字軸線劃分，客廳居於前方，電視牆使用精緻的裝飾板塑造檯面，呈現空間維度的層次感，直立式古典大擺鐘與華麗的沙發座，層次細膩分明的線飾從壁面延伸至天花，皆訴說著古典雅致的情懷。

There was no extra space for entryway, and the designer, therefore, decorated the dining room with the titanium-coated wall, front of which the adorned exquisite vase creatively appears as both the vista and foyer. The public area is symmetrically divided, based on the center, that the living room is on the front, where the TV wall is adorned with the exquisite decorative boards that manifest the stratified impression. That, the large floor standing clock and gorgeous sofa, and the delicate mouldings extended from the walls to ceilings, disclose the mood of classical elegance.

客廳後側為開放式書房，對稱張力呈現不凡氣勢，兩側書櫥以大理石包覆立柱，側邊以黑檀木鏡面烤漆，異材質結合，再以低調的色彩突顯空間沉穩的內涵，線條俐落簡約，窗簾軟布飾則柔化空間的嚴謹。

The open study room, behind the living room, reveals the extraordinary charms with its symmetrical layout, of which the bookcases are decorated with the marble columns on the sides. That, the glossy ebony woods, in distinct textures, and the calm colors, bring out the poised and neat charisma. The curtains, meanwhile, neutralize the rigorous intensity of the space.

左側餐廳則運用雅致的銅製花式吊燈搭配雕花座椅，鑲銅圖騰玻璃做對稱式拉門隱藏廚房及廁所，精細工藝，成為餐廳視覺焦點，十八世紀的風采，油然而生。

The dining room, on the left, is ornamented with the dazzling copper chandeliers and the classy dining chairs. The hidden sliding doors, embellished with the copper-glazed glass, of the kitchen and bathroom are captivating with the brilliant craftsmanship and the reminiscent artistic 18-century splendor.

後側空間則為私領域，所有臥房皆以黑色天花線飾與皮革菱形扣成為共同的設計語彙，低彩度的溫柔也在臥室中呈現，女孩房特別使用細緻雕花線板裝飾天花，主臥及男孩房則將線板呈現在立面與櫃體門面，達成設計手法的一致。

The personal area is in the rear indoor space, where the all bedrooms are adorned with black lines on the mouldings and with the diamond leathers. The low-color depths expose the tender aura. The girl’s room is decorated with the carved mouldings. The mouldings, in the master bedroom and boy’s room, are adorned as the closet panels, which exhibit the consistent design style as well.

藝術舞台－以藝品展示為核心的交誼生活場域

在大台中都會核心，由萬坪森林公園環繞的優質生活區域，屹立一幢二十五層住宅華廈，本案即位處該建築物高樓層，為一私人招待會所。呈Ｔ字型左右對稱的平面佈局，寬廣、遼闊的室內尺度，大面寬的落地窗面陽台，由室內向外遠眺，視線毫無阻隔地將璀璨的都會景致盡收眼底。空間整體設計，順應屋主為數可觀的大型藝術藏品展示需求，營造出如同展示舞台般大器、炫目的空間氛圍。

Collection of artistic elements.

Located at the central area in Taichung City and surrounded by a big park, the 25-floor mansion is a reception hotel only available for members’. In a symmetrical indoor space, with T-style configuration, people can see a great view through a large ceiling window at the balcony. For the client having a number of large art collections, the interior design is based on the idea of magnificent exhibition gallery.

懸空之廊－以垂吊、吸附、內嵌創造的輕盈氛圍

甫開啟大門，正對玄關的現代雕塑作品「大士騎龍」即以懸空飛躍之姿矗立眼前，刻意架空的藝品底部，藉由天花板垂吊而下的支撐，營造如騰雲駕霧般輕盈的飛行感，結合左右兩側吸附式的鏽鐵彩繪創作，形成一個水平向度的視覺空間延伸，並形成玄關與後方客廳的中介。鏽鐵彩繪隔屏巧妙地圍塑出空間中的主要動線，配合藝術品的擺置，設計師以灰黑色調為設計基底，結合刨光石材、垂直金屬波浪板與錯落的內嵌燈光等素材，與雕塑作品共構低調中蘊涵細節的極致品味。

A leaping space – the atmosphere of agility.

At the entranceway, the dangling modern sculpture of “Dragon-Riding Bodhisattva” and the rusty paintings have an impact expanding the visual space. The screen of rusty painting, with the art works, has ingeniously created the indoor pathway. On the basis of the grey-and-white, metallic wave panel, recessed lightings, etc. the designer brings into existence the delicate and phenomenal atmosphere in the meantime. 

複層構築－以多層次的物件、材質、景觀，交織完美的空間平衡

位於Ｔ字型平面頂端的客廳，擁有絕佳的景觀視野，設計師刻意將沙發正對落地窗，並將電視設於窗前，讓繁華的都會生活伴隨日升月落，都凝縮成客廳的動態背景。落地窗外的陽台，以鳶尾花與山馬茶的栽植，為室內空間創造一抹充滿意境的新綠，同時，結合電視左右兩側的雕塑及後方高樓背景，營造出遠、中、近景，主題分明的視覺層次。公共場域內，透過數種石材、金屬構件與木作的混搭，以懸吊的鏤空展示櫃與細緻的透光金屬牆，結合畫作、雕刻與銀壺藏品，精準地透由空間佈局與物件、材質、燈光的複層搭配，為美好藝術生活下了最完美的註解。

The artistic spirits – a brilliant combination among the objects, materials, and views.

In the living room, where gas great view, the designer remarkably makes the outdoor scenery as a part of living room, by means of placing the couches and TV before the large ceiling window. The iris and Taiwan Ervatamia, planted on the balcony, spill the indoor space with greeneries. Meanwhile, the sculptures at both side of TV and the background of tall building has created the variations in visual effects. In the public area, the stone materials, metallic and wood works, dangling showcase, shining metal wall, paintings, sculptures and silver pots present the life of art in the best way.

COLIN SEAH 佘崇霖

MOD 的創始人&設計總監

佘崇霖在美國接受了建築設計的熏陶和培養並在新加坡獲得建築師執照，他追隨了諸如雷姆·庫哈斯和丹尼爾·裡伯斯金這樣的設計大師來磨練自己；還曾在新加坡國立大學建築系工作4年，從事設計教學研究和設計評論員工作。作為MOD的創始人和設計總監，佘崇霖是美國2010年國際設計獎的“年度設計師”，同時也是新加坡最高設計榮譽“新加坡總統設計獎”的兩次獲獎得主。他是酒店設計類的最高榮譽獎項“金鑰匙獎“的獲獎得主，還是2007年度馬庫斯公司基金獎的“最具潛質傑出新人建築師”。受Monocle稱號為“建築界的新星”的佘崇霖，受新加坡國家旅遊局邀請重新詮釋和定義作為旅遊勝地的2020年和未來的新加坡。

新加坡室內設計師協會（SIDS）現任理事長

建築師出身的王勝傑是位多學科空間設計師。獲得無數國際獎項的他也是新加坡室內設計師協會（SIDS）的現任理事長以及新加坡諾特設計集團的創始人。得獎無數的他也在2014年的新加坡設計大獎中被封為《亞洲頂級設計師》之一和在美國室內設計雜誌的《2016/17中國室內設計年度人物》之一。他的一些代表作包括了長沙市圖書館，洞庭湖規劃展示館，平江獅口崖酒店等。                                      

NATHAN YONG 楊國勝

Nathan Yong Design創始人&創意總監

楊國勝是Nathan Yong Design的創始人與創意總監。從一位買手和產品開發人員做起，他早期接觸過不少不同的產品生產技術和工藝方式。楊國勝連續兩年（2006年和2007年）贏得紅點概念設計獎。2008年，Nathan獲得新加坡總統設計獎“年度設計師獎”。他也擔任過許多設計大獎的評委，包括該獎項，澳洲Good Design大獎等。經驗豐富的他也曾經跟很多著名的公司合作過，包括了Design Within Reach (美國), Ligne Roset (法國), Living Divani (意大利), Domicil (德國), Ethnicraft (比利時), Grafunkt (新加坡)等。

PETER TAY 鄭聒升

Peter Tay Studio的創始人&創意總監

他是許多明星生活空間的魔術師，包括了章子怡，王力宏，孫燕姿，鄭惠玉等。他不斷地在突破自己，研究最新的理念。這些都可以從他一些大品牌客戶的作品看得到，包括了Richard Mille, Manolo Blank, Armani Casa, Poliform等。鄭聒昇在2014年的威尼斯雙年展參展了他的作品也在同一年獲得了新加坡總統設計獎“年度設計師獎”。

KELLEY CHENG 鍾瑞玲

The Press Room的創始人&創意總監

建築學科班出身的鍾瑞玲是The Press Room的創始人&創意總監。這是一家專業的內容創造與創意表達的多學科設計公司。她的一些代表作包括了2010年青年奧運會，2012年韓國世博會的新加坡館，新加坡博物館的表示導向系統等。她也擔任過許多國際設計大獎的評委，包括了紅點設計大獎，Nagoya-Do!，設計亞洲大獎，James Dyson大獎等。

新加坡國家設計中心NDC

新加坡國家設計中心由SCDA建築設計事務所進行了改造，對設計可能性的創新和鼓勵做了一個展示。NDC坐落在Bras Basah-Bugis區域的藝術、文化、學習和娛樂區，將是所有事物設計的連結，作為演講廳、公共展覽空間，並成為新加坡日益增長的設計文化智庫。作為新加坡的主要樞紐設計，它為促進新加坡強大的設計文化，通過社區參與活動和設計展示了深化良好的設計。

新加坡濱海灣堤壩Marina Barage (Architects Team 3)

建於新加坡濱海海峽對面，是市中心第一座水庫，也是新加坡國內第15座水庫。流域面積達10000公頃，相當於新加坡面積的六分之一。二十多年前，新加坡第一任總理李光耀先生提出以濱海堤壩堵塞Marina海峽，從而實現淡水水庫的願景。2008年10月31日正式對外開放。其通過雨水的自然循環，不斷為新加坡提供新的供水。此外，其還可以起到防洪和新型生活方式的倡導作用。

都市綠塔Oasia酒店Oasia Hotel (WOHA)

整幢建築的立體綠化，是WOHA根據當地氣候條件進行精心設計的結果。酒店從結構體外挑約1米作為固定的花池，在“頂冠”的位置佈置可移動替換的種植箱，完全採用環保節水的滴灌方式。園林綠化廣泛用作建築外立面處理，並在建築內部和外部形成主要的材料面板部分。該綠色塔樓被認為是鳥類和動物的避風港，將生物多樣性重新引入城市，達到1,100％的總體綠地比例。

紅點博物館Red Dot Museum (Cox Architects)

新加坡紅點設計博物館是除德國之外，世界上唯一的紅點設計博物館，位於現代新加坡中心濱海灣海濱長廊。該博物館由Cox建築師事務所設計，是一座擁有完整玻璃幕牆的傑出地標，在夜間像水晶一樣照亮博物館。獨特的建築呈現出強烈的幾何形狀，並由一個結構鋼元素的俏皮構成和一個大型懸垂屋頂組成。它有超過兩層的展覽，其中有超過300個獲獎設計概念，原型和視頻。除了設計理念特別展覽之外，還有遍布博物館、畫廊、博物館商店和博物館咖啡吧的紅點產品設計和傳播設計獎獲獎設計。

新加坡拉薩爾藝術學院Lasalle College of the Arts (RSP Architects)

新加坡拉薩爾藝術學院是一所領先的高等院校，致力於尖端當代藝術和設計教育與實踐。校園由新加坡雅思柏建築設計事務所(RSP Architects) 傾力設計，巧妙地重新設計空間。2004 年，拉薩爾藝術學院代表新加坡參加威尼斯雙年展(Venice Biennale) 建築展，並在隨後數年先後贏得三項殊榮：新加坡建築師協會2009 年PUSH 獎；2008 年度建築獎，新加坡建築師協會第9 屆設計獎，以及2008 年總統設計獎。

新加坡藝術學院School of the Arts(WOHA)

這是新加坡一個專業的視覺以及表演藝術高中，學校位於城市文娛中心地帶，其專業的表演藝術場地與城市緊密結合。設計龐大，密集，但是富有穿孔型空間，實現深層次自然採光和通風。下方是開放的挑高空間，可以實現公眾溝通；上放則是安全安靜的學習空間。這裡的學習環境同優秀的老師、課程、設施相結合，得到認可並吸引了馬友友這樣的音樂家來上專業課。正因為如此，學校成為全球範圍內的楷模。

新加坡國立圖書館National Library (Ken Yeang)

TR設計事務所設計的新加坡國立圖書館大樓，1960年啟用，2005年重建，它是目前東南亞規模最大、設施最先進的圖書館之一。國家圖書館由兩棟16層高的樓組成，涵蓋三個地下室，每層樓均有一座天橋連接。館內收藏有馬來文、華文、泰米爾文和英文文獻將近900萬件，此外館內還設有100餘台電腦和6000種多媒體項目，並為讀者提供了環境優雅的咖啡座區域。該建築有三個公共全景電梯，可欣賞到城市景觀。這座新建築中有許多來自舊建築的舊磚。
 

唐岱企業有限公司 TRANG DAY

蘇游哲昀 Che-Yun Su Yu

作品「復刻經典」是設計師以延續性手法，在業主成功行銷了第一間店後，於2014隔年續以學生等年輕族群為主客群再次打造設計的第二間店，並落腳於逢甲商圈，亦屬在地區域中。第二間店也因著於第一間店而積累經費後，室內鋪陳較有預算開始走向更精煉的工業風格。設計師於此著重於視覺細節的精緻呈現，較有別於初創的第一間店多以仿舊粗曠風格鋪陳。

As the interior design work initiated after the successful first store design, “Classic” is the second restaurant branch focusing on the youthful customers, which is located in Feng Chia district and opened in 2015. For the profits earned from the first store, the designer was endowed more funds in refined LOFT style, which consistently but delicately compared with the aura in the first store.

店內空間呈現強烈的復古元素，在空間配置及特色區分上，使用大量的木棧板和原木鐵杉等木質建材，使同質地於室內表皮上的展演更凸顯出視覺層次。牆面大面積使用水泥粉光，素雅中的光澤韻致配搭著工業風多線性的繁複裝飾，彼此調合且平衡。

The indoor space decorated with plentiful pellets and wooden hemlocks spawns the intensive vintage elements and sense of sights. The polished concrete walls that elegantly correspond to the linear LOFT-style ornaments diffuse the accordant atmosphere.

洗鍊精致的工業風格從門面即可端倪出韻致，門面的鐵件仿鏽及分割並置，從左至右共六個區塊不同的構築視感，以同調色但異裝置區分出設計構成，有全透視與半透視的區塊，有隔柵有錯落，有模糊有通透，相當別具巧思。

The entrance doors deliberately exhibit the rusted effect, and the window grilles adorned with diverse textures of glass are delicate as well.

地面的復古紅磚鋪貼與牆面的異色火頭磚，皆有異曲同工的配搭性，延續格狀堆疊視覺，呼應門面的入口天花板以錯落杉木拼貼於頂，更顯出其粗曠與精緻併置的天地壁呼應構築。再回顧至門面，焦點落於門口HUN店名音譯為「混」的水管字樣，設計師又再次成功創造了在地商圈的最潮名店。

The antique red brick floors and walls agreeably develop amiable visual effect. The entrance ceiling ornamented with cedars congruously corresponds to both the rough and exquisite decorative elements omnipresent on the walls, ceilings and floors. The store sign “HUN”, on the store front, was constructed by metal tubes that has flourishingly promoted to the public once more.
