在沉穩與明亮間,平衡視覺力度。大門與玄關的沉,對比出客廳的亮,隱喻出景觀視野的通透與採光優越。地面滿鋪低彩洗白木色,中和風格樣貌更易配搭。雙層落地簾幕拉起紗面將視覺淡化並保留乾淨光質,呈現代簡約妝室之容。

The most important feature of this project is that the demonstration of interior visual balance can be seen between of the bright light and the arrangement of dark materials. The main door and the design style of the entry area all made of dark materials can compare with the bright feeling of the living room; that is the spatial metaphor which can demonstrate the graceful interior scenes with clean and brisk senses. The main style of the floor is made of white lumber which is a moderate way to compare with other furniture. The double French windows with the silky drapes can screen the outside view and make the interior brighter at the same time, which is the design strategy to reveal sort of aesthetics of modern minimalism.

公領域採通透場域無間隔區分,僅以流暢動線與家具配搭畫分出簡約領域樣貌。客廳與餐廳彼鄰,家人間更方便共享共聚於休憩與餐食間。電視主牆面與餐櫃為一致性的木質韻調,連貫出視覺協調度。輕食中島連結廚房料理區域,以簡約乾淨的白烤漆面規劃雙區櫃體,視覺乾淨劃分出功能動線,提升清爽明亮質地。

There are no exact separations in the public area; all the sub-areas are defined by the arrangement of furniture and smooth traffic flow. The family can enjoy their leisure and dining time in between of the living and dining rooms, since these two rooms are connected smoothly. The wooden material applied to the main TV wall and the cabinets can balance the interior visual sight. The kitchen island connects the cooking area and dining area with the background of white cabinets, which can enhance the bright atmosphere with clean spatial visual effect and simple traffic flow.

玄關與餐櫃區僅以木作收納區隔,視覺輕鬆劃分區界,玄關櫃體與餐櫃同系胡桃木色以L型整面展現。上櫃左有菱格木作隔層,方便橫置承放屋主酒藏,饒富趣味俐落。右有方格木作隔層內坎燈源,可供置裝飾品與餐瓷玻璃等,更襯托其精緻度。餐桌面為卡拉拉白大理石,與中島廚區白色晶亮一致氛圍,並與深系餐櫃對比出明暗質韻。

The entry area and the dining area are merely divided by wooden cabinets, which is the moderate way to create clean and easy spatial separation. The cabinets in the entry and dining areas are decorated by the same wooden material, and composed by L shapes to show the comprehensive design intention. In the dining area, the left side of the cabinet composed with interesting slabs arrangement is the best places to demonstrate the owner’s collections of classic wines. The right side of the cabinet which has the regular slabs arrangement and embedded lights can set delicate glass and porcelain artifacts in order to display the elaborate spirt. The dining table made of white marble compared with the same texture of white and shiny kitchen island can generate the peaceful atmosphere; these two white objects can generate the visually contrasting effect by the comparison of the wooden cabinets.

客廳後方為書房區域,以黑框架坎透玻為牆,模糊分界並通透視感又能阻隔音源,方便屋主安靜閱讀的習性。書房內直接於窗前木作桌面,將窗邊優質採光重點保留於書桌區辦公用途。主臥中僅以床頭主牆分界後方更衣梳妝區域,一派的簡約俐落。

The back area of the living room is the reading area which is divided by the black metal frames with glasses. These frames are the best solution to retain the interior vision and cut off the noise when the owner wants to enjoy personal reading time freely. In the reading room, there is a desk directly set in front of the window. Therefore, sunlight can light up the reading area efficiently. In the master bedroom, the same minimalist style can been seen in which the gray wall divides the whole space into two areas- one is the bed area, and the other one is the dressing area; the intention of united style has been displayed naturally.

通透雙廳場域,引入整面的寬景,並以木質地的溫潤,鋪陳出的無限暖意,空間細節講究溫馨感,打造出家的質感。

The public space incorporating the living and dining room, furnished with the gentle texture of wooden floors, displays the comforting quality of a sweet home.

「家」就是一個無限接納的空間,入門後即感受到一室的暖心氛圍,木質裝潢與陽光交互出的光影映照在客廳的L型大沙發上,令人倍感舒心。

In this design work, “Home” represents the space taking reception for anything. The atmosphere is heart-warming. When lying on the big L-style couch the bathed under the warm sunlight, the family feels the warmth of home.

沙發前有如白陶狀的不規則圓茶几在空間中相當吸睛,猶如整個家的重心所在,原木餐桌上貓咪慵懶的曬著太陽,木地板上COCKER開心的奔跑著,廚房爐上的煲湯香氣四溢;這些互相交融的五感氣息都是家的一部分,在通透的雙廳大場域裡迎接每個回家的人。

In the living, the tea table figuratively resembling the white pottery is eye-catching. The cat sleeping on the log dining table, the COCKER happily running on the wooden floor, and the flavoring soup on the kitchen stove, these artistically present a part of the lovely home waving lively to everyone in the family.

電視牆採用了六邊形蜂窩的意象,雙色的六角磚中特別搭配了12片花磚,是設計團隊給喜愛數字12的屋主一個小驚喜;六角磚轉折到地面後與木質地板做仿自然鑲嵌,一隻小犀牛雕塑品就在嵌接處微笑以對。全室的實木色系一路延伸越過雙廳,大面鋪陳直到書房與私領域空間,充滿自然氛圍。

The TV wall paved by the two-color honeycomb-style bricks, exclusively with 12 distinguishing bricks, is a surprise deliberately for the client. The hexagon bricks attaches excellently to the wooden floor, on which the life sculpture of rhino is standing with a smiling face. The texture of wooden floors, extensively furnished from the public to the private space, diffuses natural atmosphere.

收納需求中,住宅最重要的除了充足的收納櫃之外,也在玄關天花板與和室架高地板,都設計了實用的收納機能。餐廳後方和室區域為多功能使用空間,並以玻璃隔屏通透內外光線,需顧及隱私時拉下簾幕即成客房,是相當實用的多元空間。動線規劃利用廊道成為轉換過道,調整公私領域分隔,替場域完美轉場。

To meet the demands for storage reception, the designer decorates the house with a plenty of cabinets. Furthermore, the foyer ceiling and the elevated floor are embedded with storage spaces as well. The dining room and washitsu ornamented with the glass windows and curtains can become the guest room when pulling down the curtains. The hallway, meanwhile, skillfully identifies the distinctions between the public and private space.

充滿靜謐低調的光影禪意中,空間以大氣恢弘之姿呈現山城饗宴。

走入都市山城,交錯樹幹堅如樹牆,枝幹間隙透露一池春水,將水流與樹群意象引入空間。城內綿延高低山稜,暗喻穿插手法呈現層疊群山。但聽潺潺流水,華燈初上,點燈燒柴,升起裊裊炊煙,映和月光於山林間的對話。空間動靜鋪陳間充分傳達「山城饗宴」於餐飲空間展演著永續的戲碼。

設計師檢視原始空間發現樑柱數量過多且又分佈各處,動線規劃上多有限制,於是就景況將樑柱化為樹,空間劃為山林,店格主題呈現山中之城,在無破壞結構體的前提內,嘗試將山、樹、水、石等自然元素話為設計主題,合理化樑柱的存在價值,轉化成空間視覺。而空間質材紋理也將依循日夜時序不同,產生光影變化樣貌。

以鐵件和木作為材形塑高低不等的山牆與緊密樹叢,成為座位間區隔。樹幹分枝延伸至大片黑色系室頂,如同樹梢沒入天際,牆上發光的圓洞在山牆間如落日般,產生似享坐於山林中饗宴之錯覺。

入口迎賓處,水流與磨石子前台,如初入林中柳暗花明的美景。轉身後的驚喜探見棧道般的大迴旋梯,如於山城裡越過山丘般聳立於前。以虛實相應的互現手法讓用餐者不只留下美味的記憶,並同時體現山城中片段的美景,留下深刻的空間印象。

 

The hilltown in the city,interlacing trunks like a solid wall outside.You can see the pool between trunks and the mountain scenery.People started to light the lamp and using firewood to light fire as it was getting dark.We started to conversation with forest  in the moonlight.

 

When we viewing the original space before we started to design.We found so many beams and columns strewn around the space.There are more restrictions on the line planning.Beams and columns are associated with forest.We tried to used mountain,tree,water,stone as the design concept without moving and dismantling structure.We rationalization of the presence of beams and columns.And we converted it into the actual needs of space.

 

The interlacing trunks echoing the concept of interior space.With the change of day and night,resonates in harmony with the environment.The interior material texture because of the different light and produce different looks.

 

We used pieces of iron and wooden materials to shaping the high and low gables indoors.They are close to the tree column as a seating area segment.Tree trunks branches column extends to the ceiling of black paint treatment.It’s like trees extending to the horizon.The glowing round hole in the gable like sunset.People have the illusion of sitting in the mountains dining.

 

When you see the pool and the reception of terrazzo at the entrance.You will feel like into a beautiful forest.Turned and saw the huge stairs like a small hill .We use the real and unreal situation in the way so that diners left in the minds not only the delicious food but beautiful scenes and come again.

輕透質,引領視覺的通透,與光線的傳遞,互為媒介。

Withholding the capacity seeing through, the combination of lucence and light establishes the luminous eyesight.

在光線於各場域的透視遊走間,感受一日各時的天光變幻,透與透之間的氣質,人與人之間的氣場,相鍊結出空間中的氛圍,讓介質的優勢,運用在辦公空間裡,產生團隊間緊密的力度。

Transmitting through diverse materials, the light brings closer the working connection among people in the company.

在現今具當代準則的辦公空間,皆強調場域的互動加值性。以大量體的玻璃帷幕為隔間,從天頂至地面通透輕質,讓各場域間保持良好的共通互動,卻彼此不被相互干擾,維持一定的私密性。

Most of the working spaces advocate the interactions among spaces, while the office furnished with plentiful large glass curtains emphasizes the translucent range of view, without imperiling the privacy in the meantime.

俯進入口處玄關,跳色的橘牆為背景,前置抽象的釉彩陶瓶,驚艷了視覺的氛圍。地面的大理石材,以大料方式的對花拼砌,讓進門的整體印象,呈現大氣質地。玄關與辦公區域間多了一道米色系的牆面作隔屏,讓初來乍到無法一眼窺探全場域,有了隱私性的保留。

Adorned by the entranceway, the glazed Chinese pottery laid before the orange wall exposes dazzling charms. Paved in large noble patterns, marble floor demonstrates magnificent atmosphere for those coming in the office at once. Furnished between the entranceway and working area, the beige wall preserves the privacy for the office.

空間鋪陳簡潔明快,大面積的質材多以淺褐色木紋混搭亮麗的烤漆白,鋪陳出一致性的整體,更延續輕透質的通透主題。細部則多以各色單椅或軟件作混搭 點綴出空間的活潑多樣與視覺特色。

To display the elegant style, the designer selects construction materials mainly based on light brown and polished white, which consistently present the idea of lucence. In distinct colors, the chairs and furniture fixtures create vigor and energy in the working space.

主管區辦公空間,取明亮大氣視野躍進,心曠神怡。辦公之餘調心靜氣,讓宏觀大度,引領更多決策判斷。區域劃分上則巧妙的善用各特色樣式地毯,作出辦公區域或沙發休憩等區域上的分隔。

The executive offices are bright and large. The tone of grandeur expresses the philosophy when making business decisions. The carpets in distinguishing colors ingenuously define different working areas.

民宿,是供給旅人短暫的棲息之所,它必須兼顧住宅空間的溫馨與機能,商業空間的行銷與美學。民宿之於旅人就像一場展演,具備鮮明的色彩,在短暫的檔期中如孔雀開屏般綻放令人驚豔的回味,這都是設計師開始著手規畫時的必需考量。桂月村Laurel Villa的起名來自屋後那棵三十年前屋主親自種下的台灣肉桂,此旅店為老店新開張,以肉桂樹延伸為名期望承先啟後,亦成了設計師為最大的操作前題。

The design of bed and breakfast (B&B) must take into considerations its comfortability and commercial strategy. Bed and breakfast is to tourists what visual effect is to art performance, of great importance to designer. Named after the laurel planted 30 years ago, the Laurel Villa’s responsibility to create promising future has become the premise for the design plan.

在建築手法上透過大量體的切分、堆疊,透過立面材質變化,將建築本身的層次美感帶出,從外觀而視,在一列紛亂的街屋建築中,此建築表皮透過以多層次的積累堆疊出自己的獨特魅力。立面上,這一道金屬折板成型的暈光光帶,除作為增建樓層的木紋磚與原始建築的石頭漆量體的分割外,也希望以此暗示老房子的過去與未來的分野,藉由暈光帶起量體的漂浮感來表達老屋翻新、老店新開,那種懷舊又對未來充滿期待的心情與企圖。

The design skills that apply trimming and stacking presents the genuine charms of the architecture. Decorated around the façade of building, the shimmering halo belts distinguishing the textures of wooden finish from rocks advocate the history and mission moving forward without hesitation.

在內空間處理手法,多見以建築媒材來呈現模糊性的整合,擴大空間的定義性。例如接帶廳的大門內外皆以水泥磚作鋪陳,再以玻璃帷幕區分室內外,視覺感上猶如內外室一體,創造虛實相交的模糊以利視覺心裡感受。或在後院以玻璃帷幕讓室內自然融入室外的綠意,充分讓視覺綠景入室共融。客房以陽台作為泡澡用的景觀室,一只浴缸,一顆老樹植栽,就能營造擴增客房內的機能與多元性。在建材的選擇上,多以一次材為主,避免後製所產生多餘的工資與再用料。如鑽泥板、鐵件、玻璃及實木板等等。以最低限度的修飾來處理空間,充分達到環保與減廢等訴求。

The qualities of construction materials define the characteristics of the space. At the reception hall, the cement bricks and glass curtains obscure the visual discrepancies between the indoor and outdoor area. The design of glass curtains brings greenery landscapes to household environment. Ornamented at the balcony, the bathtub and plaint mix accordantly the physical functions with mental vitalities. The applications of materials minimizing secondary processing procedures have accomplished the ambition reducing wastes and protecting nature.

整個作品營造出簡單寧靜的氛圍,前廳有植栽,後院有老樹與露天雅座。入了廳,一派的極簡,大面的使用鑽泥板於室頂與牆面飾,草色入簾青的自然系。拾街上樓,梯間扶手為直立的竹節鋼筋材,更顯特色簡約。房內一系多樣的水泥色磚或岩磚與木作互鋪陳,壁面多大面積的素雅色,滿滿充份的寧靜感,讓旅人的心,得以完全的放鬆休憩。

The plantings, old trees, and outdoor seats display the elegant and tranquil atmosphere. The hall furnished with diacrete and the staircase handrails decorated with black steels manifest elegant and graceful idiosyncrasy. The rooms adorned with concrete bricks and wood works displaying plain colors make tourists feel relieved and pleasant.

Zero is not just a digit or symbol. “0” = “infinite” and means unlimited virtue and beauty. “0” is a circle that keeps on circling, and everything starts from 0. Redefine the design of space without framed boundaries. Everything is possible at the zero boundary status.

客廳大面開窗,流淌的日影,涵養著空間的張力與能量,「零暗房」設計

銜接充足採光,即使人處於室內,仍能汲取窗外日光、微風, 讓最純粹的自然能量,灑滿空間的每個角落。

Bathing in Sunlight: “Zero Dark Corner” – vitalized space

Maximized window size in the living room and sunlight pouring in from the outside are the best ingredients to nourish the power and energy of the space. The idea behind the Zero Dark Corner is to sufficiently usher in sunlight. Even if you are inside the house, you can still feel the sunlight and breeze coming in from the outside, and each corner is filled with the purest energy from nature.

初衷,「零負擔」健康鮮氧

半戶外的陽台種植綠色植物,流動進入室內的空氣,讓人忍不住親近自然、深呼吸鮮氧,心靈與眼睛也跟著悅活,並減少陽光直射,靈活節能。

Initial Focus - “Zero Burden” with Healthy, Fresh air

Together the green plants growing in the semi-outdoor balcony and air flowing in from the outside invite us to get close to nature. Take a deep breath of fresh air, our soul and eyes will feel very good. This design further minimizes our exposure to direct sunlight and is both flexible and energy efficient.

還原,「零廢棄」再生自然材

運用自然材(如原木、玻璃)回歸健康本位,地板、天花板、牆板採用低甲醛板材,沒有刺鼻異味,木質紋理展現樸拙內斂,讓室內有如森林般的紓壓氛圍,木材質有調節溼氣與溫度的特質,玻璃豐富空間表情,讓光線明亮延伸,都可回收循環再生,是善待環境的環保綠建材。

Restoration – “Zero Waste” with Reusable Natural Materials

Health restored with all-natural materials (such as wood or glass). Only low VOC boards are used for the floors, ceilings and walls, and there is no sour pungent odor. The textures of the material are simple, austere and restrained to foster a relaxing atmosphere inside the house. The wooden materials can adjust the moisture and temperature levels, and the glass best expresses the emotions of space and extends the coverage of sunlight. All materials can be recycled and reused, and they are all green materials friendly to the environment.

Perfect Harmony – “Zero Boundary” with Peaceful Reading and Studying Time

The zero boundary design eliminates the traditional boundaries separating rooms in a house and connects the living room, bedrooms and study rooms, feels beautiful, and features effective storage functions. With warm sunlight, the window-oriented design of the study room feels comfortable, and the boundary-free design visually enlarges the room and makes it more spacious to create the perfect surrounding for peaceful quality time alone.

本案為SPA水療會館,整體色調溫潤而典雅,透過玻璃帷幕引入自然日光、營造自在氛圍,設計師善用竹編燈飾、木紋質地相互襯搭,梯間水池點綴熠熠光輝映照異材質石牆,此設計主軸與機能相互呼應,實為室內藝術光景。

The SPA Center, warm and elegant tone overall inside. The natural daylight sprays through the window glass creating a comfortable atmosphere. By making good use of bamboo for lighting design and matching wood texture, and the pool between staircases embellished gleaming glory shines onto the stone walls. The  theme of design and function echoes to each.

在台中新興的七期重劃區,櫛比鱗次的高層建築拔地而起,本設計及坐落其中,一幢以極簡風格立面為架構,營造藝術性空間及飯店管理為訴求的住宅華廈內。在設計之初,設計師即思考如何在簡約中帶有藝術性的建築量體內,設計出如同潘朵拉盒子般的內在物質,他以〈林〉為概念,以留白及渲染為手法,透過十字形平面配置,搭配開合隱蔽穿插的曖昧語彙,在建築物室內創造出不同於純粹外在的空間感官體驗。

Located at the 7th Redevelopment Zone in Taichung City where the tall buildings are built in compact, the case is standing among these. On the basis of simple style, this is the residence which creates artistic space and appeals to hotel management. At the very first beginning, the designer pondered how to make a place as Pandora box, the building mass with artistic simplicity. On the basis of the idea “forest”, the designer creates a different space experience from the outside world, by using the skills of emptiness and rendering, and plane configuration inserted with open and hidden style.

建築物室內原先為三房兩廳的布局,設計師將它調整為兩房兩廳的格局,藉由捨棄一個房間,換來擴大餐廳與廚房的空間尺度氛圍,讓兩者形成一個既安定又開放的中介空間,一個寬闊、閒適的用餐場域,同時又巧妙的在空間上,透過天花的裝飾設計壓低此一區域的量體感,一方面讓接待空間與私密空間再一次被清楚界定,另一方面也增加設計概念中盒子開闔的層次感。

The former configuration was consisted of two bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room, and one dining room. Nowadays, the designer makes a place with one bedroom, one kitchen, one living room, and one dining room. Without one bedroom, this is the residence with large living room and kitchen, in which play the role as comfortable and open medium. The wide dining room is ingeniously designed into a private area which differs from the living room, a public area, by utilizing the ceiling decorations which make the dining room a bit figuratively smaller. Such configuration clearly separates the private space from public space while endowing the space with multiple senses, as the ideas from Pandora box.

設計師巧妙的在空間中運用隱藏與暗示性手法,讓每個空間都能顯示出多重的可能性,一種多元呈現與想像的面貌,透過不同的觀看角度、使用方式,抑或是不同時間的光影變化,讓空間都能因著不同對象,產生不同於以往的強烈本質,但在這些清晰的樣態,又能在明確中帶有某種模糊性的感受,在豐富的層次中產生了饒富趣味的空間變化。

By applying ingeniously the skills of hide and implication, the designer unveils the possibilities in each space. Throughout the different opinions, usages, and variations of light and shadow, the outlook of multi-elements and imaginations creates a different and powerful fundamental for different clients. Meanwhile, the clear aspect brings the vague sensation in straightforwardness, generating fascinating space variations in plentiful sensations.

在台中都會區西側,橫亙綿延的大肚山像畫中翠綠的一筆,阻隔了市中心與海線區域的連結。在這個由蔥蘢的大型喬木,生態豐富的保護區、大學校園與公園組成的丘陵地帶,一排以白色調現代簡約風格為基底,層層退縮的露台與大面積開窗組成的獨棟別墅群,矗立在滿山綠意中,在都市近郊以廣闊的尺度、可親的設計,讓現代生活的居所與絕佳的生態環境與山海交織的景觀緊密相連。

At the western of urban area in Taichung City, the Da Du Mountain blocks the connection between the city center and coastline area. At the foothills, surrounded by large greenery arbor, ecological conservation zone, school campus, and park, the villas, built with recessed terraces and large windows, are standing in the greenery mountain. The villa, with its adjacency to downtown and its design of affinity, connects closely the modern residence to the amazing scenery. 

順應山勢地形,建築物一樓規畫為停車空間,沿梯間踏上二樓以客廳、餐廳與廚房組成的主要公共場域,臨路的客廳以均直切割的石皮拼貼的主牆面,刷白的電視牆與天花,搭配鏡面側牆原木處理的長形桌台與現代風格的沙發組,創造在簡約俐落的線條中,與質樸原始的素材交織的差異質感。客廳後側為餐廳與開放式廚房組成的餐廚空間,實木格柵天花搭配原木餐桌椅與金屬造型燈飾,讓白色調為主的當代空間中,也能在匯聚家庭情感的餐廳,營造出屬於「家」獨有的溫潤情感。餐廳後側以大面落地窗連結屋外後院,錯落有致的植栽與小型泳池,以及獨特的開放式茶屋,讓居所除了滿足食、衣、住的日常,也能有度假般的閒適生活感。

Because of the local terrain, the parking lot is built on the first floor. The second floor, on which the public area of the living room, dining room and kitchen, the straight-cut thin slate wall, the white TV wall and ceiling, the long log bar, and the modern couches, create the different qualities from the simple lines and unadorned materials. The area behind the living room is the open kitchen and dining space, in which the wooden grille ceiling, the log table and chairs, the metallic lamps, and the white space, create the warm atmosphere of “home” in the restaurant. The large French window, at the back of the restaurant, is connected to the back yard, where the delicate plantings, small swimming pool, and open tea house, make the residence filled with the happy hour as taking vacation, when satisfying the desires for foods, clothes, living.

延續現代風格的純淨質感,上層私密的居住場域以白色為基調,輔以木質地板與壁櫃傢俱,產生品味獨具的空間深度。主臥房以深色皮革主牆,搭配玻璃與石材牆面的灰色調設計,營造低調沉穩的空間質感;次臥房則以細緻的格柵拉門與木製百葉窗簾,讓白色調的睡眠空間也能有東方清麗、幽遠的禪意。頂層起居間外,以碎石、南方松木棧台與錯落的灌木叢,搭配遠方的絕美海景,讓每個日出月落,這些景致都能在日常生活中常伴左右。

Continued with the modern style, the white private space on the upper floor, the wooden floor, and closet furniture, make the space unique. In the main bedroom, the dark-leather main wall, glass, and grey stone wall, create the space which is conserved and calm. The delicate grille sliding door and wooden blind, in the secondary bedroom, fill the white sleeping space with Zen serenity. On the top floor, the living room, wooden walkway made of gravels and southern pines, the scattered bushes, and the beautiful ocean scenery, become a part of life anywhere and anytime.

樸緻國際建築室內設計  Purity Building Interior Design

過去,在人口迅速都市化的時期,需多都會的邊陲地區,皆曾作為勞力密集的工業區廠房所在,隨著時光遞嬗與產業變革,人們對土地與建築物使用有了不同的嶄新思維。本案即位於過去的工業區內,如今是大片土地旁,一棟兩層樓的五十年舊式廠辦,希冀透過設計師的巧思,改造為一幢獨一無二的創意攝影棚。

During a period of time when the population was fast growing, most outskirts of metropolitan areas were where the labor-intensive factories located at. With time flies and industrial revolutions, people have new thoughts about the lands and architectures.

Once a 50-year two-floor factory which was located on the industrial area, is now remodeled ingeniously by the designer, in this project, into a one-of-a-kind studio that is currently located on a large land.

  

設計師以紐約蘇活區街頭的後工業LOFT景致為發想,希望在保留現有斑駁、陳舊的建築紋理下,強化其粗糙質地,營造出獨有的滄桑感。攝影棚內的裝修擺飾則以紐約當地的咖啡館場景為藍本,依照不同的主題與功能,劃分出四個彼此獨立又能相互融合的場景,以工業風的木質及鍛造鑄鐵家具、外露的空調與管線,配合復古瓷磚與水泥粉光混搭刻意保留的斑斕牆面,讓每個細微的角落都充滿獨特的美學感知,組構出仿若置身美國東部都會舊城的懷舊感。

On the basis of the idea from the LOFT landscapes in post-industrial era shown on SOHO district in New York, the designer has put an emphasis on the original quality of rough materials and has made an addition to this building the signs of history. The interior space of the studio, based on the images of café seen in New York, which is segregated into four independent but cohering scenes from the perspectives of distinguished subjects and functions. The industrial-style wooden and cast-iron furniture, the exposed air conditioner and pipelines, and the spotted walls which are created by retro-style bricks and concrete finishing, the design presenting every small part of the space the unique aesthetics, and reminding people of the nostalgia as if living in the old western cities in the U.S.

如同咖啡館擺設般的攝影棚室內,大至桌椅壁櫃,小至燈光管道,都是真實可使用的裝備、讓空間本身即多了一分身歷其境的臨場感。同時,有別於多數攝影棚以封閉空間營造特有的室內氛圍,設計師運用獨棟建築四面對外的特性,於四向牆面皆施以大量拱形與方形落地窗,鐵件組構成的格柵窗櫺,強化了整體空間的採光,以及空間內與外的對話。

In the studio, the furnishings resembling those in the café, including the tables, chairs, and lightings, are available for using, the design making people feel as if staying on the exact same places in that moment. In the meantime, different from the sealed spaces in most of the digital studios, the open style created by installing four large arched and rectangular French windows and iron grille windows which spill the indoor space sunlight and strengthen the connections between the indoor and outdoor space.

  

藉由設計師的巧妙設計,結合建築物具備的物理環境與基地周遭條件,讓攝影棚不再只是攝影棚,佈景不再只是佈景,空間隨著時間、季節、氣候,乃至於都市的進步勃興,跟隨生活的步伐,不斷改變它所呈現予人的樣貌,所有場景皆因著時間的淬煉,被賦予了不同的意義。

The delicate design, architectural conditions and surrounding environment bring the mechanisms of studio to a higher level, on which the variations of time, season, weather, city development, and life styles constantly change the appearances of people, the function giving different meanings to every scene throughout different time.

靜謐-現代東方宅

本案在設計調性上,企圖營造具備現代東方氣息的人文居所,以簡約、素雅的材質風格為底,映襯屋主收藏的大量傳統中式家具與藝術品,隱隱地誘發出沉靜、洗鍊的質感氛圍。

Silence – the oriental modern residence.

From the perspective of design styles, the designer, in this project, has been trying to create a residence full of oriental humanity atmosphere, in which the simple and elegant construction materials could bring out the a large number of traditional Chinese-style furniture and art works that implicitly give rise to the composed and clean atmosphere.

鑑古納今的趣味場域

打開大門進入玄關,石材地坪與灰牆構築的場域中,舊式中國壁櫃與素雅蘭花,別緻而充滿韻味的用色佈局,為門廳後的家宅生活場域,做了最完美的開場。公共場域主要由黑、白、灰三色構成,客廳刻意留白的質樸牆面前,以雅緻的條案、東方感十足的雕刻、簡約花藝與黑白膠卷沖洗的攝影作品,與俐落風格的現代沙發座椅,質感出眾的中式收藏配件,碰撞出饒富趣味的空間氛圍。

The amusing area with historical and modern elements.

At the entranceway, an area with stone floor and grey walls, the traditional Chinese-style wall cabinet, the elegant orchid, and the exquisite and elegant colors have been the best opening for the residential space. In the living room, a public area which is composed of black, white and grey, the plain wall without painting, the graceful long narrow table, the oriental-style sculpture, the elegant flowers, the photos printed by the black and white panchromatic rolls, the neat contemporary-style couch chairs, and the delicate collections of Chinese accessories bring out the amusing and interesting space atmosphere.

以對稱語彙營造豐富視覺層次

設計師以方形框架作為串連整體空間的統一性元素,三開間的對稱式設計,透過簡化的傳統中國門窗語彙,被廣泛運用在空間與空間連結的壁面與破口處理,在長條形平面中彼此相連的餐廳與廚房,透過帶有東方意象的現代吊燈,刻意延伸、相對的餐桌與中島輕食區,強化空間的連續性。三個方框組成的餐廳主牆中,兩側以東方對開門意象設計的收納櫥櫃,營造均衡的空間氛圍,中央方形框架下方設置水槽櫃,並以鏡面反射吊燈,豐富空間的視覺層次。

The symmetrical skill, enriching the visual effects.

By using the rectangular frame for the unity connecting the entire space elements, the designer has applied that, the symmetrical structure which is common seen from the traditional quadrangle houses, and the simplified traditional Chinese-style doors and windows, to the wall surfaces and openings generally connecting different spaces. In the design plan, the rectangular area connecting the dining room and the kitchen is extended on purpose. The dining table and bar, built on the opposite area, has strengthened the continuity of the space. In the dining room where the main wall is built by the compositions of three square frames, the two storage cabinets, which are designed based on the idea of oriental opposed doors, are installed at the both side of the main wall, the design skill balancing the space atmosphere. The sink cabinet, installed under the center of the square framework and reflects the image of chandelier by mirrors, has brought rise to the lively visual space.

東西交融的幽遠質感空間

除了橫向的對稱分割之外,設計師也將合院建築中「進」的意象融合於空間中的過廊設計,長向延伸的潔白廊道內,透過一道、兩道對開門與加深門框,結合盡頭白牆、太師椅及懸掛的攝影圖像,創造層層遞進中不落俗套的幽遠感。左右兩廂對開房門內為主臥與書房,黑白映照的空間主調中,透由條案、矮几,盆栽綴飾的點點綠意,巧妙地將東方特有的質感設計,交融於現代風格的空間體驗中。

The space with the western and oriental style elements.

In addition to the symmetrical structure in the horizontal dimension, the designer applies the idea of “moving forward,” an idea commonly seen from the traditional quadrangle houses, to the corridor, in which the white walk path, opposed doors, thicken door frames, white wall, armchair and suspended photos bring into existence the elegant atmosphere without conforming to the conventional pattern. In the main bedroom and study room, located at the opposite area in the structure of quadrangle house, the essential tone of black and white has ingeniously integrated the specific oriental design style into the contemporary space experiences by means of the graceful long narrow table, lower coffee table, and greenery potting.

依《太玄》所云,天有九重,意境不同。

而鍋有九種,亦是味道殊異。然則皆以鍋中水,容納百物後熟煮,成為溫飽世界的養分。

進門之後涓涓細流如細雨落入地下室之景觀水池,以用在劇場的特殊繪景手法處理的圓管,如雲彩般的漸層,平行著從天 而降。外部輔以舞台效果燈光,投射店名字樣於圓管帷幕上,光影明暗之對比,宛若霧靄繚繞,創造空間中戲劇性的主題 與意境。

潺潺水源似澄澈心境,虛心迎入過往來客,而時光長河,亦若水流不止,但有些鑽石般堅固的美好品德,在此漫漫間亙古 常存,代代傳承。

《晉書》中載古代文人年少時期立下鴻志,生活清苦,負笈求學。隋唐以降,書生進京趕考,身背沉重木箱,不只渴求功 成名就,也求回饋鄉里,將其概念轉化成包廂隔間及造型吊燈, 向業主以餐飲揚名立足,不忘恩澤根本的意志致敬。 秦漢時期,以釜懸於灶上炊煮。吊掛式的特製釜形燈,重新詮釋了先人的智慧,象徵渴望與家人團聚,以家為重的心千古 不變。

木質垂簾能屈能伸,獨酌對影或者群聚歡鬧,能時刻自省、各處與人和是君子本質,不曾有改。而以客為尊、因人制宜的 體貼精神,為經營的永續之道。 無數世紀,龍被作為予以崇拜的聖獸,是傳統中國的象徵,傳說其外型多變,藉由不同細節重新詮釋,也是設計者對於古典的再創造。

《Tai Xuan Sutramentioned, there are nine levels of the sky. And there are nine flavors served in this hotpot restaurant.

 

After passing the entrance, a running waterfall down from the ceiling, the circular tubes with hand drawing like the subtle gradation of clouds develop in parallel. The stage effect lights project the name of restaurant onto circular tube curtains. The contrast of light and shade create the view of wreathed mist, establishing the scenic theme and conception.

 

The Chinese ancient literati made great ambitions when they were young, they carried heavy book boxes, walked a long distance to the metropolis, and joined competitions one after another to pursue high-ranking position.

 

Not only chase the reputation and wealth, but also hope to feedback their hometowns. The designer turns the figure of book box into the compartments and pendant lamps.

 

Qin and Han dynasties, people used a special pot called “Fu” to cook. “Fu” is a symbol of ancestors’ wisdom, the designer transformed the figure of “Fu” into the pendant lamps. The Chinese worships dragons as sacred animal for centuries. The designer interprets the dragons‘ variable images a classic new way.

在七十坪大的樓中樓式住宅空間中,設計師透過俐落的線條,搭配合宜的建築材料與色彩,意圖創造在古典風範中帶有現代感的舒適居所。

This is a residence, in 70 square footage, with mezzanine floor in which the designer creates a comfortable modern place with classical style by using neat configuration, qualified construction materials, and colors.

在建築物的入口處,以大面積玄關櫃與簍空的鐵件隔屏作為玄關與客廳的中介,透過虛實交錯的垂直構件,呈現空間若隱若現的一面。進入客廳後,即可見以中性色系為跳色的主體背牆,並運用相同色系的窗簾進行落地窗的搭配,已呈現整體感,相對應的電視牆面,則石材矮牆的設計作為客廳與餐廳之間的區隔,以擴大公共領域的視覺空間感。

At the main door, a big cabinet and partition made of metallic fretwork has become the medium between porch and living room, where the looming space is present through vertical structures intersected between visual and reality. After coming into the living room, we feel the style of consistency when seeing a main wall in neutral color and curtains, in the same color, on the French windows. The rocks parapet wall, made for TV wall, has been a segment between the living room and dining room, which magnifies the public area.

餐廳後側為書房,整體設計以木作牆面、透明玻璃搭配玻璃拉門,藉由具視覺穿透性的設計,讓書房一方面保有獨立的隱私性,另一方面又能保有空間的通透感,書房內外則以大面的開放櫃作為串連,並藉此展示業主收藏的漫畫書籍與模型。餐廳的另一側則規畫出一個開放式和室,作為親子同樂的空間,設計師在此省略實體牆面的空間界定,轉而以架高的木作地坪做為空間區隔,在保有收納功能的同時,也增加空間的開闊感。樓中樓的室內樓梯為了減少原有RC樓梯的沉重感,改用鋼構、透明玻璃及木質踏板的組合,呈現樓梯的輕巧感,在轉角處更放置精選的設計家具作為端景,以達到畫龍點睛的效果。

The designer makes the study room, at the back of the living room, a place reserving the effect of privacy and penetration by using transparent slide glass door. The open cabinet, at the study room, plays the role showing owner’s comic books and models. There is an open washitsu, on the other side of the dining room, in which family members play with each other. Sparing the solid walls which define the space, the designer uses the elevated wooden floor as a segment that reserves the function for storage and enhances the wideness of the space in the meantime. To avoid the heaviness when building RC staircase, the designer uses the steel, transparent glass, and wooden petals that present the litheness. There is a designed furniture, carefully selected, at the corner, that is the finishing touch in that area.

樓中樓上層為私密的臥室空間,臥室的設計選用相同色系的木質材料,呈現空間的整體感,同時設計師也以沉穩的深色木作搭配鍍鈦把手,使房間產生安心、舒適的沉靜效果,搭配色彩明亮的座椅與鮮綠的小植栽,讓相對低調的臥室空間,也能有一絲愉悅、活潑的閒適氛圍。

The bedroom, on the upper mezzanine floor, is the private space where the consistent wooden materials make the whole space complete. The designer, in the meantime, uses the dark woodworks and titanium doorknob to present the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. With the colorful chairs and greenery plants, the low-key bedroom is endowed with joyful and vivacious atmosphere.

橘子灣空間視覺設計  Orange Bay Design

秉持非商業化的藝文紮根精神,經歷兩年籌劃,「草悟道文創旅館」現正以小巧精緻、貼近生活之姿,在大台中地區拓展一條性格獨具的行旅維度。

座落於台中市中西區新興藝文特區「草悟道」,周遭文化館舍、藝文聚落與都市綠蔭薈萃,旅館在基調設定上與地域文化性格緊密相扣,試圖透過空間氛圍之營造,捕捉旅人聚散身影,進而拓印出獨特而深刻的時間停留感。旅館整體設計著重局部與區段性,在中低亮度燈光調節下,利用木作、皮件與鑄鐵素材,呈現簡約的Loft 工業風格。

一反傳統旅店在裝潢形式上的高挑、華美傾向,「草悟道文創旅館」在公共空間規劃上強調「小」而「包圍」,利用建物既有特性突顯裝設細節,促使觀者更直接而透徹地對旅店氛圍加以感受,同時也藉空間情調聚攏人群,拉出有別於日常時間的感知向度。室內壁面以灰黑色調為主,利用單束式燈具與寬幅落地窗堆疊光影,在此洗鍊而錯落之視覺構圖裡,復古陳設與都市光景交互對映,在周而復始的變遷與喧囂裡持存片刻寧靜。

From the marbled porch to the hardwood decor of the foyer and reception, the gradual tones of grey and dark wood colours flows and blends, connecting the open space and its simple furnishings, along with the perfectly installed lighting to highlight the intricacy and sophistication of its interior.

The open space of the restaurant with its arc and straight-lined configuration contrasts and resonates in an integrated design. Inside, guests can enjoy a moment of serenity brought about by the gray-black walls, with vintage industrial lighting fixtures among others, and wide French windows with its sophisticated scenery.

館內房型設計甚為多元,共計19 種不同樣式,巧妙援引撲克牌術語為各種房式加以命名,嘗試透過最簡單的常民文化經驗,口語化地勾連人們對於都市生活樣態的記憶與想像。在強調簡明質感與人情暖度的核心概念下,設計者依照個別房型的入住人數與功能性質規劃空間性格。單床雙人房「對對」,藉落地窗框與迷你浴缸拉設柔和曲線,於淋浴隔間以馬賽克壁磚鋪陳情調;雙床雙人房「兔胚」,以吊燈在方正寬敞格局裡突顯木造材質的條理紮實;

The “One-Pair” double room has a romantic atmosphere that is brought about by its French windows, mini bathtub, and mosaic bathroom wall tiles.

針對單車旅遊設計的房型「三條」,利用玄關空間裝設個人專屬壁掛架,並以木造雙層床組營造群體氛圍;

The “Three-of-a-Kind” room is for biking enthusiasts in which the open space, colours, and outdoor scenery blends in harmony. The wooden bunkbeds highlights the symbolic bike trip with urban style. The earth-tone coloured stone materials in the bath creates an lavish atmosphere.

以家庭旅遊為主的四人房「葫蘆」,則選用紋理較為柔和的木、石質材,在層次分明中凝聚溫馨感。

在平實簡要裡搭建共感景致,「草悟道文創旅館」正以個性化的空間語言,紀錄大都市裡倏忽即逝的精彩時刻,並自信地對周遭文化地景投入刺激因子。

The “Four-of-a-Kind” quadruple room or family room has a warm atmosphere as a result of the  soft wood grains contrasting with the white ceiling.

This Quad-room is divided by a thick stone-tiled wall that distinguishes the wooden colours of the room which makes the guests comfortable.

空間的自明性使人與空間的對話,擁有各種姿態,設計師專注屋主的性格與需求,打造專屬的空間調性,因而與眾不同。

The purpose of this design project is to avoid the cliché of interior designs by using the vibrant colors to light up the original space rather than conceal the defects. The owner's charming personality can be resonated by the passionate spatial properties of this design project. The spatial tone of this design project is like candy taste, the sugary quality can bring out smiling curves on everyone's mouth.

The spatial identities of this design project can generate different spatial postures as the family members interacting with the properties of this spatial design. The most important feature of this design project is the dedicated spatial atmosphere generated by the designer who concentrated on the owner's living needs and individual traits.

居如伊人

業主從事貿易工作,長期旅居海外,交友廣闊,性格開朗活潑,喜愛歐美風格的大方奔放,常有外國友人來台拜訪與商務洽談,因此本案空間需求,並非是一般沉澱系的居家風格,而是採取輕鬆、熱情的私人交誼招待生活空間型態。電視主牆門扇開闔間,輕巧轉換了使用者的心情與狀態,在正式的洽談與公務討論中不被干擾,也能在嚴謹之後,營造輕鬆的空間氛圍,獨特的品味需求,空間因而鮮豔耀眼。

Living in Friendships

The owner is a trading businessman who has to live abroad from time to time.

Therefore, the owner's main personal characteristics are followed by the personal habits of traveling a lot, broad friendships and optimistic personality. The most chances of the spatial needs are foreign friend visits and business meetings. Therefore, the main requirement is not just a space for tranquil living style but a kind of private salon space with hospitable senses. The opening process of the living room main wall can transfer the user's mindset and divide the different functions between the party and the meeting usages. This is a kind of spatial strategy to consider serious and leisure scenarios and prompt the unique spatial taste with vibrant features.

古典中的後現代

背景的主調性由潔白的古典比例樣式砌築而成,散發歐式美學氣質,但此案最引以為特色的,是設計師所安排的空間衝突美感。簡約俐落的黑色方形框線和繽紛飽和色的傢私,對比潔白的古典大面線板,揭開空間歡樂派對的主題,略帶些後現代主義的意味,大膽率真,別出新裁。

Post-Modern in Classical 

The main spatial tone for the background of the interior scenery is piled up with the classical ratio in white color, in which can spread the European aesthetic sense. However, the most interesting feature in this design project is a kind of conflict aesthetics arranged by the designer intentionally. That is the concise black frame lines with the vivid furniture sets which can reveal the main spatial image contrasted by white classical panels for vibrant party time.

在公共空間中運用不同的天花設計,規劃空間分區,客廳天花飾線,延續空間寬闊感,餐廳天花則運用古典線板的修飾性質,掌握空間布局的視覺平衡感。另一頭,再一次運用對比手法,吧檯頂上天花的挑高,搭上同樣黑色調鮮明的斜樑構成斜屋頂意象與晶透櫥櫃壁,左側玄關端景牆的當代抽象掛畫與輕盈格子窗櫺式鏡面隔間牆,讓人淺嚐異國情調。

The Poetic Ceiling

Using ceiling design for planning different areas is the main spatial strategy for public zone. The ceiling panel lines in living room can extend the spatial experience with wide spatial sense. The restaurant ceiling is decorated by classical panels in order to control the visual balance in the spatial arrangement. On the other side, the contrasting strategy again, the high-ceiling with black frame of the inclined beams contrasts with crystal cupboard wall in the bar area, the abstract painting on the left wall contrasts with reflective lattice window on the right wall in the entrance hall, all of these can bring out the exotic atmosphere.

空間色彩的曜動

人、色彩、空間的多元互動節奏,交步出組曲輕快的圓舞曲,跳動與散佈在每個子空間中。黃色、桃紅色、天空藍、湛藍與來自鶯歌的點綴性翠綠藝術吊燈等高彩度色調的傢俱與家飾,柔軟而親近人心,是調色盤裡的顏料,讓白底黑線的框架空間,成為光線的調色盤,隨著光線變化產生表情,夏季裡的飽和與冬日中的內斂,婀娜多姿,猶如女性屋主的多樣風情,自信美麗而具有智慧。

Soaring on Color Dreams

The diverse spatial rhythm between users, colors and the space can cause multiple spatial interactions, and compose up different kinds of brisk waltz for each room. The yellow, pink, sky blue furniture and artifacts, the emerald green chandelier from Yingge Township are the designer's design palette. All these elements can generate black frame with white backdrop to get people having gentle and touchable senses. As light changing in different scenarios, the extroverted sense of summer and introverted sense of winter are just like the female owner's charming characteristics, so confident, lovely and wisdom.

設計師巧用圖學效果的線條粗細搭配,重點式勾勒出戶外明媚的風光與綠意,居家環境因此自然舒適而典雅幽靜。新古典的優雅嚴謹與新峇厘自然風格的共生,是設計師為屋主夫妻所打造的歸宿,讓喜惡不同風格的兩人體驗共同生活美感的愜意。

With the ingenious design skill, from the perspective of lines, that outlines the great scenery outside the building, the designer makes the living environment of peaceful comfort. The style, combined with elegancy, disciplines and vacation, is what the desired home atmosphere for the couple, who experience the beauty of life.

內外通豁

天光與庭園綠景,用大面落地窗豪爽地邀請光入內,讓空間明亮清爽;另一側特製的收納櫃則展示了精選的藝品,沉穩的在底層空間排序井然,寄宿情懷。氣派拉長的對花大理石石材,垂直突破被限制的樓高,寬闊氣派,同時在挑高一、二層的公共空間中,穩定空間調性,成為最吸引目光匯聚的焦點。

大理石牆背崁燈,縮減了量體面的壓迫,猶如漂浮意境。精緻的深咖啡色皮革低背沙發和樑柱結構的淺棕色外衣,也豐富了陽光隨時間變化下,光澤色調上的層次,尊貴氣質,在女主人偏愛的新古典風格中流露。

A bright space.

The daylight and landscapes of courtyard are introduced inside the residence with the large ceiling windows, which make the indoor space bright and appealing. The customized storage cabinet, with the exquisite art collections, have complete the lower space that is well organized and in orders. The marble stones, in majestic style, make the building higher visually. In the meantime, the public area located on the first and second floor, has brought the space to accordance so that attract people the most.

The recessed lamps, on the marble wall, make heaviness caused by its body less stressful. Both the delicate leather couches, in dark coffee, and the column beams, in light brown, make the interior space vivid where the noble atmosphere reveals the neoclassical style the hostess favors the most.

巧匠精藝

此外,特製而個性鮮明的鋼鐵窗花與大理石柱面,扮演了屋內與室外的中介材質。大力發揮工匠巧思,跳脫制式、推拉不同比例與拉伸向度的幾何矩形,使用重複、連續的組構成面與不同的開啟的方式,分割建築開口部,透與半透之間,圖學式的線條粗細變化,增添創意想像的無限。

餐敘空間在挑高空間中降低天花,鑲崁灰色鏡面,呼應元素一致性,並於中央垂吊簡潔而實虛立體組構的現代燈具,鏡面反射使剛毅鐵件支撐架,如穿透漂浮的天花,產生垂直空間層次的錯視感,並與中島上方的天花板相呼應,趣味十足。

The exquisite craftsmanship.

Meanwhile, the genuine patterns of window grilles and pillars have become the medium material connecting the indoor and outdoor space. By applying the ingenious design skills, the rectangular frames in different scales, and the consistent compositions, the designer has brought the creativity to the highest level by means of the variations of lines and visibility of the space.

In the dining room, the lowered ceiling embedded with grey mirrors and the modern-style dangling lights, have made the space with various visual effects and interacted harmoniously with the ceiling above the bar, the brilliant design of great interest.

摯友鳴響

二樓走道凹間處,擺上典雅沙發座,單調的過道空間因此多了一個沉靜角,轉化從開放逐漸隱私親密的空間性質。視聽室裡簡約清雅與新古典結合共生,與朋友享宴同歡之處, KTV歡唱與影音劇場不同音律的區分,兩種高級的視聽設備,營造歡唱和欣賞歌劇等不同的需求。

The auditorium.

The delicate couch, placed on the turning space on the staircase, brings to the dull space a bit composed atmosphere. The auditorium, in simple but classical style, is the place having fun with friends. The difference, between the KTV and auditorium, is that one is made for recreation and another is made for classical music.

鶼鰈宿情

慢下步伐,卸下疲倦,新潮峇厘島風格在男主人對親近自然的重視下引人入勝,設計師使用溫潤木料、藤編吊椅、清觀音石等自然素材成就臥室空間中的怡然,床頭圍塑安全感的立體木框,沉穩不單調,及俐落收邊天花,是屋主夫妻兩談心賞樂的秘密基地,經營生活情調。開啟大器的鍍鈦旋轉門扇,進入飯店式洗浴間,圓形浴缸裡的芬香,猶如進入SPA療瘉與洗滌一天的塵埃,消除一切的疲憊,這就是家的感覺。

The romantic atmosphere.

After working a whole day, the host comes back to the pleasant home, where the Bali-style environment is made by the designer of the tender woods, rattan hanging chair, guanying rock, etc. that bring into existence the comfortable space. The bedside wood frame, which is composed, and the ceiling, which is clear and sharp, have become the personal space for the couple indulging themselves in joyful atmosphere. The bathroom, furnished with titanium door and round tub, is designed for the couple relieving the stressful workload. This residence, therefore, is what a home should be made for.

主廚知名的柴燒料理與西餐經歷,成為設計師對本案空間創意發想的出發點,逐步構築出充滿戲劇張力的空間劇本。兩層樓的空間,一層規劃為半開放式廚房的吧台料理區和散客座位,並以大型玻璃櫃,展示著令人垂涎的熟成牛肉;二層提供包廂外,設有專屬酒莊特製的高級紅酒櫃。為了呼應原始料理的烹飪理念,空間素材皆以原始工具的概念轉化而成。紅磚構造中,原木、水泥、黑色鐵件與鐵網、柴薪與成綑的牧草,建立顧客對所品嘗食物之歷程的想像,也品味建築空間氛圍的原味之美。

The concept of this project is derived from the chef's catering experience, which can gradually construct the whole space with dramatic life stories. This is an interior project with two stories. On the first floor, the open-ended spatial strategy is tried to define the connection between the chef's bar area and the customer area. There is a huge glass showcase which is the focus in this space, and demonstrates elaborate beef cuisine. On the second floor, the private rooms and the dedicated shelves to demonstrate valuable wines are the main spatial elements. In order to corresponding to the beauty of original food flavor, the materials applied in the space are meant to express original textures. With the basic settlement of bricks, the combination of wood, cement, black iron, metal net and several bunches of pasture can deliver the imagination of primitive atmosphere. The customers can enjoy all the essential flavors in this genuine space.

一樓有趣的大型壁畫和裸燈群,展示原始人火燒的用餐方式,直接帶出空間主題,為準備好大口品嘗美食的顧客們,送出最誘人的邀請。水泥灌漿而成的料理吧台上,顧客正欣賞著主廚的華麗演出,濃烈的肉汁與煙燻香氣在空間中發散,令人身心滿足。而手動式的搖桿爐台則呼應了入口的大門鏽鐵,記下一筆復古而時尚的色彩印象。

The attractive wall painting and the hanging lights are the main statement to define the first floor, which is the metaphor to describe the primitive grilling flavor and is a kind of invitation for the customers ready to enjoy their banquets. The chef bar area made of cement is a stage for the chef to show his gorgeous skills. The Customers will be satisfied in there with all kinds of delicious scents and enjoying the atmosphere. The special iron stove is a resonance with the eroded iron door in entry hall, which is the expression of the vintage style.      

二層,木質地面,以保有自然樹型的曲線拼組,與頂上裸露的暗色風管,對比出木格柵天花的精緻,展現高級餐廳粗曠風格的衝突美感。而最具個性的黑鐵,則以不同比例與形式的「網」結構,在空間中呈現,例如圍塑包廂範圍的半穿透性網牆、客製化的結構座椅,以及水泥吧台區表層的修飾覆蓋網,甚至是垂掛的結構裸燈,都以一致性的元素,增加了空間的豐富層次。美好的餐飲空間,如同一道美妙的佳餚,因此在好的空間中品嘗到絕妙的料理,更是相得益彰。

On the second floor, the conflict aesthetics can be brought out by the combination of the wooden floor, the dark ventilation tubes and the elaborate wooden grille hanging on ceiling. The application of iron material which is the most distinctive detail is presented by several net structures in different scales. The different kinds of iron nets can be seen at the net walls of the private rooms, the special chairs, the decoration of the cement bar counter, and the decoration of the hanging lights. All these can increase various visual effects with the same definition of iron material. The holistic restaurant space can organize the flavors between delicious cuisine and spatial materials, and this is the main goal for this project.

本案位於桃園市區,為舊公寓大廈整建翻修的私人住宅,屋主買下相鄰的兩戶後,打通為面積六十坪、雙向採光的寬廣宅邸。空間整體以暖白色系為主調,順應屋主一家的使用需求,我們在公共活動場域採開放式設計。考量到大門與客廳兩個空間之間缺乏緩衝區域,特別在鄰接玄關入口一側,另立一道新設的木質牆面做為電視牆,玄關牆面與電視牆背面,兩道平行線圍塑成一個長形的門廳空間。踏入玄關,即可見原木色澤的玄關主牆(即客廳電視牆背面)橫亙其中,形成一道水平向度的緩衝中介,刻意與天花板脫開的鏤空設計,一方面降低了實體牆面給予人的壓迫感,另一方面,也適時地讓兩側採光得以漫射進來。

Renovated is the residence, located in Taoyuan City, that the client had bought two originally abutted residences and remodeled into a complete 60-pin space spilled with daylight. Taking into consideration the client’s preference, the designer primarily paints the entire space in white, and makes the public area boundary free. The design skill by applying woods in making TV and entranceway wall, and hollow ceiling have made the indoor space spacious and spilled with sunlight.

順應屋主大量交誼聚會,及女主人喜愛烹飪下廚的空間使用需求,我們特別打通客廳、餐廳與廚房之間的阻隔,形成一個廣闊的開放性空間。白色場域內,結合黑、白、灰等原色調的家具;洗練、精簡的俐落現代風格,與溫潤木質的壁櫃與牆面,共創出冷調室內構築中,蘊藏的一股居家暖意。陽台外推後產生的圓弧型畸零區域,則以加高臥榻的形式,結合明亮窗帶,圍塑出環繞的活動場域氛圍。餐廳則結合開放式廚房,藉由大型中島的延伸,創造出一個結合用餐與下廚使用的餐廚區塊,以此擴大空間尺度的視覺感受,同時將此區塊建構為家庭內主要生活、連結的區域所在。在衛浴空間,我們亦善用高樓景觀的優勢,透過將浴缸置於大面對外窗內一側,形成一個放鬆、無防備又慢活的洗滌區域-一個得以舒緩身心靈的家居生活現場。

For the couple’s preferences for having party and cooking, the design connects the living room, dining room and kitchen without physical segregations. The warm characteristic is revealed by placing furniture in back, white and grey, by creating modern design idea, and by decorating with wooden wall cabinets and walls. The deformed curved area remodeled from balcony, the wooden platform deck, and the white window wall have made the public space welcoming for family gathering. In the space combining kitchen and dining room, the big bar is making this space larger and primary living area for the family. The bathtub furnished by the window, which has great view, has made the bathroom wonderful for relaxing and mind relieving.

小預算也能打造專屬經典的LOFT品味時尚,本案為業主本身的個人工作室,企圖營造「家」的感覺來沖淡工作上的緊張及嚴肅氣氛。設計師以Loft賦予空間極大的靈活調性,融合工作室獨立個性與無拘無束特質,透過簡單線性及燈飾的巧妙配合,凝聚了視覺焦點在家具與生活物件上,讓本案的設計顯得更加迷人與獨特。

The interior design of LOFT is never a special privilege to those with huge budgets. This project is a good example of which the client wants to make the studio into homey place. The LOFT design style that is flexibly integrating the characteristics of uniqueness and limitlessness, the design style making the studio more inviting by means of simple lines and lightings.

開闊式的空間場域,透過一面手感文化石牆即界定出客廳,餐廳,吧檯區,略為粗獷質感的文化石牆,反襯出以潔淨純白色系的基底設計,巧妙擦亮空間所有層次,猶如藝術般意境;客廳主牆上一幅魚鱗狀石膏板材質黃色壁畫,渲染串連著場域裡的空間色調,電視牆面下嵌合黃色櫃體兼具收納機能,同時保有牆面的局部透空,落地窗引進採光景致,增加通透感使空間更有生氣。

The space including the living room, kitchen and bar center is individualized by furnishing with a culture stone wall, on which the pure white brings the space characteristics to a higher artistic level. In the living room, the yellow mural on fish-scale gypsum plasterboard dominates the main tone in the space. The TV wall, furnished with the yellow wall cabinet and the ceiling window, invigorates the indoor space with dispersion of daylight.

餐廚吧檯區是美感與機能兼具的核心關鍵,設計師主要以光亮面材質與紋理質地木作融合,客製化立體切割造型,巧思設計出菱格紋狀的酒瓶開放式收納櫃,搭配懸吊式的科技感燈飾的化龍點晴,為了讓空間的運用更為彈性,場域內的餐廳兼具書房功能,電視牆背向嵌入木作層板製成書櫃,展示置物機能,挹注人文休閒感,設計師善用材質、形狀、色彩的組成,創造出實用度高的空間區分與藝術視覺之美感。

At the kitchen bar, a crucial part of design containing the elements of beauty and function, the lattice wine cabinet decorated with a modern-style suspending light is ingeniously designed by means of power coating wood finish and of genuine carving shapes. In the dining room, functioned as the study room meanwhile, the TV wall decorated with wooden book shelves has demonstrated the professional design skill which is composed of both functionality and artistic aesthetics.

本案為高級住宅,室內設計如同服裝穿搭,有時候簡單、剪裁優質的上衣,更勝過華服、配件的搭襯。屋主因工作性質關係,常常處於高壓、忙碌的狀態,希望返家即可完全放鬆、享受生活,著重精緻的內在品質,減少過度的裝飾來作為本案設計的發想概念;忠實描繪生活本質與空間特色,透過藝術畫作陶冶性情、提升居家品味,營造舒適的視覺環境、觸感柔順建材,低調展現出人文優雅的空間氛圍。

It is a high-grade apartment, in which the philosophy of interior design is similar to that of fashion design that the simple but elegant clothes are more appropriate than luxurious dresses. Given the client who works in stressful environment, the design plan is focused mainly on simple life that brings to the client a home of relaxation and pleasure. Based on real life and space characteristics, the design ideas decorating the residence with artworks create comfortable living environment and elegant atmosphere.

『家為生活帶來心靈的容器,透過品味讓環境融合優雅、時尚的氛圍,感受空間與人文藝術的一種器度,開啟返家的幸福航線,記載著生活點滴的美好地圖。』大樓的建築外觀造型,讓室內產生畸零空間,利用內凹不平的形狀,設計師巧妙運用收納機能與寛敞動線整合,善用空間原本的不規則,創造更高坪效的使用,滿足收納需求與視覺藝術細膩的豐富層次,以簡單不繁雜的俐落手法,展現出空間裡的優雅態度,品嚐對生活時尚的極致品味。

It is said that “home shall be full of spiritual values that depict the beauty of life through the atmosphere of elegance, fashion, and humanity.” The shortfall of inconsistent and irregular indoor space is overthrown by innovative storage space and wide space that satisfy the visual and functional requirements, display elegant life style, and manifest delicate quality of life.

描繪生活裡的幸福溫度,藏在空間的每個貼心;書房旁特意預留鋼琴位置,伴隨音樂為生活帶來品味;餐廳以大理石作立面牆嵌入壁爐,光影交織在展示藝術收藏,營造出場域溫暖與迷人的雅緻;窗檯邊設置臥榻處,讓生活擁有多元轉換的心靈場域,凝聚全家人喜悅的居住空間。

In this residence, the happiness appears from intimate designs. Placed next to the study room, the piano music makes life joyful. In the dining room, the marble fireplace reveals the charms of space. The sitting window is where the family have pleasant moment meanwhile.
